The Best Medicine

This week, my son had a little writing assignment in class that I thought was cute, so I'm sharing it with you. I'm off this morning having a medical procedure done (nothing invasive, thankfully); I'll be back around to surf blogs. Later daze!

The Best Medicine
Write About It: How do you think Dennis feels in this comic strip? How can you tell? What do you think of Dennis's idea for a cold medicine that tastes like ketchup? If you could design a medicine that kids would not mind taking what would it taste like?
Little Man Warrior's answer: In this comic strip, Dennis feels grossed out by the taste of the medicine. I can tell he feels grossed out by the disgusted look on his face. I think that Dennis had a genius idea of a medicine that tastes like ketchup. If I could invent a medicine, I would make it taste like tater tots and waffles.

How cute. I like the waffle idea very much. Have a great day. :)
Yummy, tater tots and waffles!!!!
Your kid obviously has a carb addiction. Cheers!!
Very cute! I think I'd pick waffle flavor over the 'tots', but that's just me :-)
Can grown-ups also take the tater tots and waffle medicine? YUM!
I love your son...he's a breakfast kinda guy isn't he?
Good luck with your gig today.
Your son is very smart young man. Brillant idea. If I could have my medicine taste like anything else, it would be raspberry cheesecake....
Ohhh yeah, now Little Man's talking...I'd have no problem taking that medicine! ;)
So fun! I had to give my daughter cough medicine tonight and I laughed at her face before she even began to take it. *LOL*
I don't think it tastes all that bad...way better than ketchup for sure!
Tater tots and waffles? He's no kid. Otherwise, your son would have said candy.
I like the economy of his writing. He answers the questions reasonably. His vocabulary is quite good.
What? OH! This wasn't a critique?
**blush**
I would take the medicine if it tasted like tater tots and waffles.
