Screw It
I've had it with this whole stupid US Presidential election process. I'm sick of who lied about what, who said this and now tries to deny or defend it, and who kissed the ring and drank the Kool-Aid.
And while I definitely do not defend our current administration, I say why not the following? We're all going to hell in a hand basket anyway, right? Let's elect this ticket.

And I think the Potter/Weasley ticket is probably the only one (except maybe Hermione Grainger for President) that would really work - I mean, it's gonna take a freakin' magic wand (or two) to turn this country around!

I didn't hibernate long enough. I was hoping to awaken after the election, not before. Darn.
It's like Christmas shopping, that start this crap earlier and earlier each election until, by the time November rolls around we don't care who wins, just as long as we don't have to hear any more of their BS.

This is the reason I haven't paid any attention to what has been written in the media. I've checked voting records and done some other research.
I just hope people aren't so disgusted by the process that they fail to go to the polls in November.
