After 131 consecutive weeks, in which I posted 130 times (I missed last week), Mo's Manic Monday meme will come to an end this week. All good things must come to an end, it is said, and so it is with this weekly theme. To find links to other Manic Monday posts, click on the graphic above.

I kept mulling over idea after idea about what I would use for my final Manic Monday post.
I can remind you that Monday, July 27th is the final day to vote in the "I Love Summer" photography contest over at An Island Life. If you have not already cast your vote for The Ice Box, click HERE and scroll down to the poll. Click the box next to "The Ice Box" and then hit "Vote." Thanks for your support!
This weekend, I wrote a post that many of you have not had a chance to enjoy. I got in, what I hope are, my final words on this subject. For the person or persons to whom it is addressed, I hope the message hits home. To read this post, click HERE.
Finally, here is a video that I think speaks volumes about the quality of education in California, and probably in many school across the country. Now you know why I feel strongly about my role on my campus improvement team!

That video is not funny. It's scary. LOL. I cannot imagine...well I take that back...yes I can...this happening. It's like Miss California's statement on Gay Marriage. The sad thing is when is it ever going to end? Our kids are our future. Someone, anyone please stand up and notice this happening. Excellent post my friend :) Aloha
I'm with Thom. That video is scarey. Your "final" post was excellent and it has been a wonderful run with Mo. I'm going to try to come up with a similar meme next week, so be sure to check in.
What dope is she using. Good grief.
Have a terrific day. :)
Sandee is spot on. Dope. Here in Santa Cruz we are one of the nation's most lenient Medical Marijuana locales.
And we have a large population of recreational users who have managed to convince local politicians to take up their cause. The local police are actually required BY LAW to overlook dopers and focus on other crimes. No kidding.
A couple important points...this woman grew up in south carolina...and moved here to Santa Cruz. She didn't do her K-12 in California...
And sadly this is indicative of what goes on in our city council meetings all the time.
LOL Wut? I was wondering what happened to that Miss South Carolina chick from a couple of years ago.
I went and voted! And I'll vote on another computer here in just a bit too. Unfortunately they didn't give me one of those little American flags with "I Voted!" on them like I get when I voted last year for President. Oh well. ;-)
have to come back and see what the video hub-bub is about
Guess it is sad that MM is going away...for those who have been a part of it...
As for the a**hats..do not give in to them...
Out of breath from r.u.n.n.i.n.g over there and voting -- heh heh.
Now I'm going to watch the video
omgoodness.. I couldn't finish watching it.
That was funny - is she a future pageant contestant?
And I loved your "FINAL" words about your privacy and your blog - I had missed that post. Right on, girlfriend!
I read some of the quotes from that video and decided to pass on listening to it.
