Like any Pulmonary Hypertension patient, I have bad days, and I have good days. On bad days, I listen to my body and rest when I need it. On good days, I take control; I don’t let PH take control of me. As long as I have breath, I have hope, and so do my family and friends. I think the best thing a PH patient (or anyone suffering from a chronic illness) can do for themselves is listen to their bodies, respect what they hear, and take control of their lives. PH doesn’t control my life – I live my life, and it is filled with hope, faith, laughter, and love.

Beautiful Desert Songbird. I won't ever forget.
Have a terrific day. :)
That second picture... *heavy sigh*
Lest we forget.
Both my Gramps were WWII Vets. Both were severely injured too. I am so very proud that both of them volunteered for their service.
Beautiful my friend. We can never forget them :) Or their families :)
Thanks for the reminder. Too many people forget about what the Vets have done for us.
How did I miss your post dear?
May all who are serving be covered in safety
A gorgeous post. Never forget!
You said it all. And we could never forget.
Wonderful post. I love the last photo.
Indeed. Nicely done.
